Simple, clean, with a hint of subtle class. Jessi Fang at the reception was exceptional; always available and proactive in helping out with inquiries and solutions. She saved us a trip downtown by helping us book our exit flights to Guangzhou at a great discount. She even helped book my wife’s onward flight to Berlin painstakingly and without fuss. Her colleague, Evan Song was also very helpful and kind with a smile. Breakfast (included in our booking) was pretty standard with a generous helping of fruit, cereal, baked goods and Chinese cuisine (didn’t have an issue with the choices because I enjoy Chinese food). Dinner at the restaurant was also affordable, and we were usually over-filled. The concierge and Aayi (didn’t catch their names) at the restaurant were also helpful. All together, we really enjoyed our stay here, and will repeat next time we’re in Chongqing.

We arrived late at night so we booked the hotel near the airport so we could have a good night rest. Free airport pick up was arranged and by a Tesla car which made my hubby happy :) The hotel is cleaned with all necessary amenities that are required. Helpful staff at reception too! Robot machines were used to deliver mineral water. Breakfast was decent too. It is about 20mins drive away to the main city area. We enjoyed our stay here.

The airport transfer arranged by Holiday Inn Express was smooth and punctual, the reception was also courteous and helpful with our stay as well as allowing us to have late check out to accommodate our travel schedule. The rooms were spacious and clean and were well equipped with amenities. The breakfast was spectacular as well. I like to give special to our driver 周师傅 and receptionist 小芳 for their great service.

Spare room,nice staff,we are impressed by the warmed service when we stayed two nights at end of May,it’s quite close to the airport and shuttle bus (actually a car instead) is available when you are off from and to the airport. Easy to explore the city centre by taxi or metro.
